About Us
ARCH Lacrosse was formed in 1999 as a result of the increasing popularity of lacrosse in the Midwest. The heightened level of competition at the High School level prompted development of youth level teams to teach advanced fundamentals of the sport to middle school-aged players who intend to play in High School and beyond. Our objective is to provide expert instruction to players of all abilities within a supportive, fun, and nurturing environment. We strive to make each player's experience enjoyable, unforgettable and productive. We pride ourselves on our coach's ability to take personal interests in our players while seeking to motivate each player through passion and excitement our committed staff brings to the field.
Our focus is developing basic to advanced fundamental skills essential to successful participation in the sport of lacrosse at the highest level. We will give you, regardless of your skill level, the tools you need to, build confidence, fulfill your goals, and reach your fullest potential in a fun and safe environment.

| If you, your son, or daughter are a talented, committed, and passionate lacrosse player with the desire to get to the next level through hard work, this is the place for you. We care about the growth and development of each individual and the growth of the game in St. Louis. Our PREMIER program is not affiliated with any High School and we will not show any bias based on which High School you attend or will be attending. When you try out for PREMIER you are trying out for our competition roster. Our focus as an organization is to field a competitive team for each age group while focusing on skill development. We will not exclude those who need extra development but will elevate the quality of lacrosse in STL by giving them the opportunity to increase their skills on our developmental team. Our PREMIER coaches will teach Dev. Teams and they will have full access to all training. Dev. Team members will always have the opportunity to be elevated to our PREMIER rosters to promote a culture of hard work. |
| Our youth academy for 1st-8th graders, ranging from beginners to advanced players. We offer leagues, camps, group training, and strength training year-round. This developmental organization gives players the foundation they need to reach the select level. REAL WC is a very successful program, competing in the St. Louis Youth Lacrosse Association (SLYLA) since 1999. |

| JR ARCHERS |
| Our developmental program for children in pre-school through the 2nd grade. The foundation of the Little Knights is to develop our young athletes in a fun and active environment. Our goal is to prepare them by teaching hand-eye coordination and learning the fundamentals of the game - catching, throwing, fielding ground balls, and proper communication. These drills will lead them to the next level of team play. |
