Giovanni Najarro, Owner & Operator
Coach Najarro began playing the game of lacrosse at Kirkwood High School for 4 years and won the State Championship his senior year, compiling an undefeated record along the way. He was named captain during his junior and senior seasons, and was selected First Team All Conference as well as being selected a two-time All State all-star. He has been ocaching Kirkwood High School lacrosse since 2013 and has been with KYL since 2003. Under his operation, KYL has grown each year and continues with many remarkable seasons. Articles on Najorro's involvement with the progression of lacrosse in the Midwest have been noted in US Lacrosse and Major League Lacrosse.
Jared Mintzlaff, STL Elite Coach
Coach Jared is a Junior midfielder at Loyola University in Maryland where he competed in lacrosse's version of the final four, tournament weekend. Coach Jared started the past two years for Loyola and has played plenty of minutes on both ends of the field, defense and offense. He hopes to spread his knowledge and help athletes succeed at any level whether it be high school, D3, D2, or D1 College lacrosse.
Kevin Eskridge, STL Elite Coach
Kevin Eskridge began playing lacrosse at Vianney High School. In his years there, he was an all-state performer, second-team all-conference, and three-time team Offensive Player of the Year. After high school he went on to play college lacrosse at Mars Hill University for a year before going back to St. Louis and coaching Vianney High School as the Offensive Coordinator. He then transferred to Lindenwood University where he was a starting attackman all three years, and led the team in points two of those years. He was named to Second-Team All-ECAC, pre-season All-American, and ECAC All-Academic team. During those years, Lindenwood had the best seasons in school history, beating top-ranked teams, competing in two conference championships, and making the NCAA DII national tournament.
