• Speed | Power  
• R - L Shooting | Accuracy | Power (3 Shots Per Player)
• Passing | Catching 20 min with Coach
• ABCD Defensive stance footwork Power | Speed (Triangle Approach)
• 3 Key Dodges Roll -Split -Face (to the cage )
• Effort | TEAM concept | Respect | Focus

FREE: Time Slots

• Wed: 6 pm - 50 pm  | Boys
• Wed: 7 pm - 7:45 pm | Girls 

Equipment you will need:  helmet | gloves | Stick 

All players will need an Index Card and a pen: 

On The Index Card Put this on it: Have it with you.
